Dolphin 接受 INSERT IGNORE，但可忽略的错误类别及告警行为不应直接视为 MySQL 等价；结论为 doc_based 草案，建议 PoC 复核

可行：改 ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING；其余被 IGNORE 降级的错误行为与业务确认
推荐路线：app_side。验证建议：IGNORE 降级的错误类型清单逐项确认是否被业务依赖（不止唯一冲突：类型截断/非空默认）
